How we collect and use information

Effective date: May 21, 2026

Information we collect

ViralStuffHub may collect account details, uploaded files, scripts, selected settings, wallet activity, usage records, generated outputs, support messages, and technical logs needed to provide the service, maintain platform security, calculate pricing, support users, and improve reliability.

Google user data accessed by ViralStuffHub

ViralStuffHub accesses Google user data only when a user intentionally connects a Google or YouTube account inside Creator OS and grants consent through the Google OAuth consent screen.

For YouTube publishing, ViralStuffHub may request access to the following Google user data: OAuth authorization data, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry data, the connected YouTube channel ID, channel title, basic channel metadata returned by the YouTube Data API, and the videos, titles, descriptions, captions, cover images, and scheduling details that the user chooses to prepare or publish from ViralStuffHub.

ViralStuffHub does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Photos, Google Calendar, or unrelated Google account data.

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide the Creator OS publishing workflow requested by the user. Specifically, we use OAuth tokens to keep the user's YouTube connection active, channel information to show the user which YouTube channel is connected, and user-selected reel files, titles, captions, descriptions, covers, and schedule settings to prepare or publish content to the user's selected YouTube channel.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, selling, resale, or unrelated analytics. We do not use Google user data to train, improve, or fine-tune AI or machine learning models.

How we share Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google OAuth tokens or connected-channel identifiers with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, database, file storage, security, email delivery, payment processing, AI generation, and voice generation providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. Google OAuth tokens are not sent to AI generation or voice generation providers.

If a user asks ViralStuffHub to publish to YouTube, the selected video file and related post metadata are sent to Google/YouTube for that publishing action.

Data storage and protection

We protect user data using HTTPS, authenticated access controls, server-side storage controls, operational logging, and limited internal access. Google access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only by backend services that support the connected publishing workflow.

Uploaded and generated media may be stored to complete jobs, support dashboard delivery, prepare publishing drafts, and allow limited-time access to outputs. Files may be removed automatically based on platform retention settings.

Data retention and deletion

Google connection data is retained only while the user keeps the relevant platform account connected or while it is needed to provide pending publishing drafts or scheduled posts. Users may disconnect a connected account from Creator OS, revoke access from their Google Account permissions page, or request deletion by contacting us.

Users can request deletion of their ViralStuffHub account data, uploaded media, generated outputs, Google connection data, OAuth tokens, publishing drafts, and related records by visiting Data Deletion Instructions or emailing viralstuffhub3@gmail.com. We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, unless we must retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ViralStuffHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-party providers

We may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, AI generation, voice generation, stock media sourcing, video processing, analytics, and payment processing. Those providers may process limited data where required to deliver the requested service.

User responsibility and contact

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload, process, generate, and publish content using the platform.
