Policy for wallet credits and failed jobs

ViralStuffHub provides digital software access and usage-based content generation services. Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted, except where required by law or in the case of a verified duplicate or erroneous charge.
Users may stop using the service at any time. There is no subscription cancellation requirement for one-time wallet top-ups.
If a job fails due to a platform-side issue before successful completion, the platform may automatically refund eligible credits based on internal job records and refund logic.
Refunds may not be available where issues are caused by unsupported files, user-provided content limitations, copyright restrictions, third-party provider failures outside our control, or misuse of the service.
